I have been using Snowys's over the past 6 years attending on a weekly basis with my dogs. From the facilities that the centre has on offer, to the knowledge, dedication, commitment, love and care that the whole Snowys's Team have demonstrated and given to my dogs from our first ever session, have not only help us to improve and maintain our dog's health but also, their overall wellbeing. I can't recommend Snowy's enough and the only regret I have, is that I didn't discover them sooner!

Snowy's have gone above and beyond! Bear my reactive Lab cross GSD can sometimes be human reactive. Jackie spent nearly an hour on the phone during our initial conversation. She talked me through the process of how the treatment plan would work to suit Bears needs. We had an initial meet and greet session prior to starting treatment and Bear took to the ladies straight away. Bear has currently undertaken 2 myotherapy sessions and 1 hydrotherapy. Every time, the ladies have taken the sessions at Bears pace and has made it a very pleasant experience for both him and I. Would highly recommend Snowy's to anyone.

Jackie and her team have looked after Elsa for 7 years as she has elbow dysplasia plus other injuries during that time, they are fantastic, so helpful and experts in everything they do. I honestly don't know where I would be without them. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I've been taking my dog to Snowy's pretty much every week for 2 years. He had been getting stiffness in his back legs and he was losing muscle as a result. Once he'd been going a few months I noticed that things he had stopped being able to do were reversed, and he regained more range of motion, better level of stamina and increased enjoyment for life. He blooming well loves the pool and can't wait to get in. The staff are such a lovely bunch and very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He is now almost 11 but does not look or behave like an older dog. It's fabulous to see him enjoying himself in the pool and out.

I have been taking my 9 year old retriever setter cross to Snowys for 5 months and I couldn'?t be happier. All the staff are so welcoming and you can see the passion they have for helping Dogs. The work they have done has worked wonders for my dog, he no longer hobbles after long walks, his walking rhythm has straightened and he is able to live his best life.

The whole team at Snowy's are very helpful and so good with the dogs. My dog, Monty, cannot wait to get to see everyone at the centre but nothing pleases him more than swimming in the hydroptherapy pool for as long as anyone will let him! I have already dropped his medication down as he is improving through his exercises and hydroptherapy.

Jackie and her team are phenomenal. Hydrotherapy has kept my dog off pain medication and avoided an operation. She now just needs minimal maintenance hydrotherapy. I knew it was working when we had to stop during the beginning of Covid, she deteriorated without it.? The Snowy's team are knowledgeable, caring, supportive and devoted to providing the best service they can to their clients.

My dog needed some enrichment activities. He has bags of energy, and it can be difficult to keep him happy. Staff at Snowy's are fantastic, so knowledgeable and patient. Diggle went from terrified in the water to quietly confident. On swim days, he conks out completely at night. I'm amazed at how his confidence is coming on and I know he is getting many and varied benefits from his fortnightly trips.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Snowy's. They are all very professional & friendly. I have mobility issues & are kind enough to collect my boy & return him to my car. They're all extremely patient with my Yogi Bear, who can be a handful and very vocal (he's a Gsd.) He has hip dysplasia & has gained so much more in strength in his hindlimbs and has grown so much in confidence in the water that he swims without a buoyancy jacket. This is all down to the wonderful, caring, compassionate staff at Snowy's who clearly enjoy their job. A HUGE THANK YOU to all from Yogi bear & I.

FANTASTIC facilities with the most incredibly understanding staff. I have visited this centre with three of my dogs for three different reasons and each time I leave feeling safe in the knowledge that they treat each dog with professionalism and care. Best of all, they always put the dog first! I wouldn't hesitate recommending this facility!
