Sophie joined our team in July 2022 and began her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, earning a distinction. Now a trainee hydrotherapist, she is passionate about working in Canine Therapy and loves helping dogs through hydrotherapy. At home, she has two Plummer Terriers, Molly and Roo, and a horse named Barney, with whom she regularly competes in show jumping.

" I've been taking my dog to Snowy's pretty much every week for 2 years. He had been getting stiffness in his back legs and he was losing muscle as a result. Once he'd been going a few months I noticed that things he had stopped being able to do were reversed, and he regained more range of motion, better level of stamina and increased enjoyment for life. He blooming well loves the pool and can't wait to get in. The staff are such a lovely bunch and very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He is now almost 11 but does not look or behave like an older dog. It's fabulous to see him enjoying himself in the pool and out."
" I can wholeheartedly recommend Snowy's. They are all very professional & friendly. I have mobility issues & are kind enough to collect my boy & return him to my car. They're all extremely patient with my Yogi Bear, who can be a handful and very vocal (he's a Gsd.) He has hip dysplasia & has gained so much more in strength in his hindlimbs and has grown so much in confidence in the water that he swims without a buoyancy jacket. " My dog needed some enrichment activities. He has bags of energy, and it can be difficult to keep him happy. Staff at Snowy's are fantastic, so knowledgeable and patient. Diggle went from terrified in the water to quietly confident. On swim days, he conks out completely at night. I'm amazed at how his confidence is coming on and I know he is getting many and varied benefits from his fortnightly trips."

" Jackie and her team are phenomenal. Hydrotherapy has kept my dog off pain medication and avoided an operation. She now just needs minimal maintenance hydrotherapy. I knew it was working when we had to stop during the beginning of Covid, she deteriorated without it.?
